My thoughts are with everyone affected by this. Very sad news. I am glad to see people in Japan checking in and that SBer's seem to be ok.
I was in shock when I saw this news! I have a close friend who lives in near Sendai and I hope he's doing okay. But I hope Japan recovers from this soon! Thanks to the SBers in Japan for letting us know you're alright!
It's a relief to hear from fellow skullbrain members in Japan that they and their families are safe and unharmed. My thoughts are with all of you.
Been watching this all morning, got a wake up text from my brother at 6:30am. Keigo from Celga posted on his FB that they are safe and had no damage where they are.
I just saw 200-300 bodies were found on the beach near Sendai. Thank you all for checking in and hold your loved ones close today.
Glad to hear skullbrainers are ok. Here's a little comedy to go along with the tragedy. Tweets from MrJohnnyRyan The Earth just attacked a U.S. ally. Time to declare WAR! USA VS. THE EARTH! #dontfuckwithus The Earth is a fucking asshole. How much more of this bullshit are we going to put up with? Let's destroy it before it's too late! #blowitup about 1 hour ago via web Are we just going to sit back and let the Earth destroy us and our friends? Let's turn this fucker into a parkinglot! #warpath about 1 hour ago via web USA needs to squeeze the Earth's balls until it cums blood! #totalvengeance 2 minutes ago via web
I just sent emails to my friends in Japan - anybody heard from Dennis/Baikin? New Zealand, Japan - might be time for us Californians next.
I shot some pics as we walked home and have put up a set of photos: http://kaijukorner.blogspot.com/2011/03 ... -from.html
I'm concerned about Baikin, too. AFAIK he isn't in Tokyo, hopefully he's in an area that wasn't hit hard. datadub posted some photos of his place: http://www.flickr.com/photos/datadub/
Thankfully all my friends out there seem to be okay - got brief text from Sendai - "okay but it's a mess here". Then saw the pics on BBC News
