Huh, well shucks, I had no idea. Seems like a great place to work anyways. My understanding of the service industry in the US is that it leaves a lot to be desired, so it is always nice if you can work somewhere where the environment is at least good. You've sure won me over if I ever pass through the area.
Ha, reminds me of the taqueria that we used to refer to as the office. Rare was the week that we weren't there multiple times. Hundreds of meals, thousands of cups of coffee! Never had to be there on the clock, though... although I've spent uncountable days in the employ of various restaurants. I miss it, actually. My feet, however, do not.
Indeed, it's a wonderful place to eat & hang, and work! Richmond has a great food, art and music community. It's what's kept me here all these years. Holler if you come through! Mi casa es su casa!
