    Vintage Ledraplastic Goofy
    11" high from Italy.

    These Ledra Disney figures are usually a bit battered (if you want them for a reasonable price) but it never bothers me.
    The weight and thickness of the soft vinyl and the older looking design is very appealing, regardless . . . .

    Vintage Rosebud squeaker which i bought MIB. 5" high. A very rare toy . . .
    I'm pretty sure squeakers were a side-line for Rosebud, they mainly made girls Dollies.

    Anyone remember these from back in the day? I do, so maybe i'm showing my age.
    I'm thinking 70's or 80's but its hard to say. There seems to be very little info about these online.

    2.5" high hard plastic (similar to Bakelite in feel).

    The one on the left is a vintage squeaker, the one on the right is vintage hard plastic.

    The squeaker was with a bunch of old ceramic nick-knacks, and so covered in dirt and dust i nearly did'nt see he was soft vinyl, so i'm glad i picked him up to check. The other one looks like he was possibly part of a game or something, or maybe there was a dog bowl that slotted up against his front legs? There must be a reason the front of his legs are so smooth with no texture.

    Yeah, i still see that one on ebay occasionally . . .

    Vintage squeaker 4.5" high
    No makers marks, just says 'Made in England'.

    Delightful little plastic pendant with rattle inside. 2" high. I would guess 50's or 60's?
    Found in a charity shop, i also bought a best of Bukowski book along with this purchase, so a highly successful shopping experience all round.

    Vintage 1974 Deer / Fawn by Avon UK. Picked it up in a charity shop for 20p.
    I've noticed online the American version has the extra stamp 'Kiddie Products' underneath and the ears are way bigger.

    I wonder why the ears were enlarged? Or maybe the UK version had the ears reduced?

    The answer is obviously because everything is bigger in 'Murica!

    I think is quite old but i have no idea exactly. Its very thin hard plastic which kinda feels like celluloid.
    When i asked the seller what the price was, he said i could have it for free . . . i think it amused him i wanted it.

    Great one man. That has happened to me in the past too (albeit not for some time). I think most people are genuinely happy when someone else will appreciate something they are passing along. :) Lovely cute green dog, and happily adopted into a new home. Actually reminds me of some of the prizes I was just eyeing up at Barry Island on Sunday. :razz:

    Found this fella (and his brother) earlier that same day. A keychain of Calimero [カリメロ], a popular Italian/Japanese (Toei) animated character. Reminds me of my childhood anyways. Made of thin poly plastic, probably from the 80s I would guess.



    Apologies for the crappy pic, but these fellas don't exactly stand up for a decent pose.
