That paint scheme stirs up so many different memories of really old school toys, like 50s - 70s stuff. Truly amazing what it does to that sculpt, one of the best paint jobs I have ever seen.

This photo reminds me of the "pink elephants on parade" acid trip from "Dumbo," which seems sort of appropriate given that the Boss is both adorable and frightening at the same time ... as any good vinyl monster should be!

 

So bummed I'm missing SDCC this year.
