I don't want to come to your stupid thingy whatever anyway! Your loss, you could have had super awesome fun times, but instead you will only have times!
which one of you non-buying contrarians voted for the standard shipping option in the poll?! bryan, let's not drag out this spat in public. think of the children.
i'd at least thank you to tell us the truth. not like when i walked in on you two last time. yeah, sure, you we're just "wrestling"...
I don't know whether to be frightened, disturbed, or intrigued..? Maybe a combination of the three? Lol
so far, the group order consists of 6 blank and 4 painted kuras. that splits our ems shipping to just $3.75 per toy! for those who are ordering just a single toy, that equates to a savings of $11.25, and a total of $50 saved as a group. not bad, people! if anybody wants to double check my math, please do. i don't want there to be any screw ups since there hasn't been any ordering activity in hours, i'm going to close the doors a little early and send out the final payment details in about 5 minutes.
andy has confirmed the order & the invoice is being prepared. i have received advance payments from all you suckers, i mean friends, so everything should be smooth sailing from here on out. unless i run off with the cash and "invest" it in a nag. just in case you guys weren't aware: when i get a better idea of the delivery date, i'll update this thread and open it up for dim summit discussions. thanks to luke & amy & andy & irene! quick, someone make a t-shirt of that. you know what i'm talking about.
i haven't received the official tracking number yet, but when i do, i'll post it here so that we can all refresh and crash the usps site together if it doesn't arrive by saturday, we'll have to postpone until after new year's
Yes. Easily. The REAL question is: Is your post person a lazy dick or not? If not, it'll come when it should. If so, they may just say "fuck that" and not do it until Monday because "fuck that shit." That's how my postman works. I see the tracking info. Know where it is. Why isn't it here? He didn't want to walk down the block? Scanned and said he attempted delivery but didn't 'cause I was home all day and knew plus he didn't leave a pink card because he didn't actually come my way that day. Sorry for venting, my dude is crappy.
my postlady is solid. the package just cleared the tokyo sort facility, so we'll see. i've been informed that there is a surprise or two included in the box. anticipation's grip is tightening around my chest.
Knowing Mr Rook, that might or might not be a good thing . . . I'd be sure to wear gloves and a mask when you open the package!
no good news today from the grody claus are you guys willing to do this on a weeknight next week if it does arrive before xmas/new year's? that new place chris found in chinatown has late night dim sum starting at 9pm or something, i think. perfect for north side zombies and lazy stragglers alike. if not, the soiree will have to wait until the week after new year's weekend
i'm down for whenever... not like we're headed anywhere special for the holidays this year. and who can argue with late night dim sum?
good news: the box has arrived. dim summit imminent. say that fast three times. bad news: it's been crushed. it must've happened suddenly because it tore the box on two sides but did not permanently flatten it. everything might be just fine, so i'm hesitant to open it to check it and ruin the surprise. so, who's in for this wednesday?
