This one was fun... still working on a base issue. And my own mini baby version These are for a show in Miami end of this year.
Haha yah Lemmy hasnt found a place on the wall yet. Found it at a somewhat local gallery. Done by, from what I remember, a local college student. Its an amazing block print.
Thanks! Its ceramic. This is to the right http://www.skullbrain.org/bb/viewtopic.php?f=19&t=24513&st=0&sk=t&sd=a&start=25
The paint job reminds me of the '06 Lucky Bag Painted Bakos too. That baby one is a riot though, Maxtoy should consider making vinyl versions of the baby Eyezon.
Thanks again. Yah Mark has already mentioned the idea of a vinyl version. That would be cool, the main reason I made it was just for color samples for the big one as I dont want to waste any with test shots. I would be stoked if he did a vinyl version based on mine but Im not expecting him to. Its been a fun project all around anyways.
Geez, Miles! Your sculpts are amazing! And I love the glaze treatment you gave these. I'm not a particular fan of Eyezon, but seeing it at that scale and how perfectly rendered it is...it's just amazing what you do!
What I really want to do next is a Gachamecha cookie jar. Ive already swung the idea over to Kiyoka but I'll run it by him again some time next year when I have more time.
This would be very very cool. I like this idea a lot. It is still hard for me to believe these are ceramic. They look outstanding. Any update on the cumberlain? Did you try another test paint?
Thanks. Havent finished up another. Got 2 more heads drying, one with cracks already forming. Got some new ceramic repair stuff tho so we'll see. Some other projects have taken a priority(Eyezon) so Ive had to put it back a little. Also as Ive been going on and on about, Dentist bills have forced me to start working on quick cash projects.
