Yup we've been scrambling, but there doesn't look to be much recourse to having the ARM crush us eventually. It's too bad I couldn't make one of these things 50' tall that would obey my commands.
Our ARM loan just shot up 30.00....NOW we're paying 1,338.89 for a 2 bedroom home built in 1967. our loan will spike again in Nov.. our mortgage note used to be 1,000.00... id send a whole battalion of these war pigs to feast on BOA. (if i was a warlock that is...)
