Happy 4th. A little late. Blew up some fireworks and some 2 liter bottle bombs. Watched tons of fireworks from neighbors too. Plenty of legal and illegal. The street looks like a warzone. Saw some crazy shit too. Goodtimes.

Hope you celebrated your freedom by blowing something up, or okay, well at least with some good food and fun. The excessive flag-waving is excused for the special occasion. For better or worse, you've definitely left an impression, and it warrants some hearty occasion to mark your nation's birthday. May everyone [hopefully] enjoy a well-earned day off, over-indugle in food, drink, and good spirit, and generally enjoy the festivities and summer events with nice folks. This. The firework test dummies. I wonder if they should show this gif in schools to kids and again in High School. So, when they're adults and professional athletes making millions of dollars, they don't blow their hand apart playing with some fireworks. I know it is a difficult time for everyone, but even with all that's going on, and it sometimes takes a bit more digging and reflecting, there is still a lot to be proud and patriotic about. So many great things have from the United States of America, with ample heroes to point to of any gender, skin colour, or heritage. So I want to wish a most sincere Happy Fourth of July to all the folks south of the virtual border today. Take a moment to appreciate the ideals on which the country was founded, And also remember in doing so, that not everyone has those today. If at any time there should be a reflection for equality, fairness, and justice in the US, I think it is now. Stand by those principles, without caveats, addendum, or exception; that is what the day should be about. Appreciate your fellow countrymen, as your brothers and sisters, and pay respect for the sacrifices by the many which came before you. I can't think of any greater legacy than to honour those messages of freedom and love. For All.
