This seemed to be one of the stronger SF shows in recent memory.. lots of debut releases and some nice new colourways of older figures. Here's a bunch of things that I spotted on instagram.. View this post on Instagram View this post on Instagram (Mr Useless is probably the highlight of the show for me.. if I can remember correctly this is an old bootleg Nag sculpt that survived the Grody fire last year.. I think he sculpted it over 5 years ago) View this post on Instagram View this post on Instagram View this post on Instagram View this post on Instagram View this post on Instagram View this post on Instagram View this post on Instagram View this post on Instagram
Mr. Useless is a skeet, and this new toy is a Yeet. /?utm_source=ig_embed&utm_campaign=loading" data-instgrm-version="14" style=" background:#FFF; border:0; border-radius:3px; box-shadow:0 0 1px 0 rgba(0,0,0,0.5),0 1px 10px 0 rgba(0,0,0,0.15); margin: 1px; max-width:540px; min-width:326px; padding:0; width:99.375%; width:-webkit-calc(100% - 2px); width:calc(100% - 2px);"> /?utm_source=ig_embed&utm_campaign=loading" style=" background:#FFFFFF; line-height:0; padding:0 0; text-align:center; text-decoration:none; width:100%;" target="_blank"> View this post on Instagram
Totally gives me that Nakayoshi vibe you introduced me to a while back. I’ve seen this guy popping up on Instagram over the last couple months. Pretty rad, little sculpt.
i love the size. so far this company hasnt made anything i like but this new Godborg(?) is pretty fun. less whacky than their other digital sculpts theyve posted including the middle finger belt buckle bot
@MoonspellxRites I’ll have to dig back on his page and see what else he’s produced. I’ve only peeped the recent posts of this newest figure.
I heard they had a table spot but just never turned up... hopefully nothing too crazy and they are doing ok
If anyone is curious...this is what the skulltoys kukeri is referencing. Intended to ward off evil spirits. Seem like a complete departure from them but I like it.
I had forgotten about this post/thread until someone liked it yesterday. I wonder if they saw, or were looking for, the same thing. So many potential toys: http://skullbrain.org/bb/index.php?threads/awesome-pagan-ritual-costumes.46679
Guessing you mean Spectrum Lab's Godesu? Thread dedicated to him here: http://skullbrain.org/bb/index.php?threads/spectrum-lab.53541/
I like the direction. There are a handful of Japanese outfits that seem to be connceted to RxH and most of the stuff they do looks like a RxH figure. This is definitely the only thing Skull Toys has done to me that seems totally unique and not derivative of being part of the RxH gang.

That is amazing, Halloween (or heck, everyday) costume for the win. Most people nowadays don't appreciate the art and effort of these creations. From janky to professional, made with love and fun is always the best.
@bryce_r Thanks for digging up the source material for the new Skull Toys figure. But where is the skull?
