It is a pity that it did not come with the scythe of the head, even so it is a super piece and it may take years for another to be seen for sale.

Maybe! Maybe in a decade, I will have saved up enough to afford it!

    Probably not.

I just kinda wish the Unifive "replica" wasn't so horribly sculpted. If that were more accurate to the original toy, I'd be perfectly happy with it.

@Sanjeev - I could offer to buy a few pieces from your collection to help fund your Mazinger Z quest. ;)

I know of an Italian designer who made an exact replica of the Garada K-7 Popy on a 3-D printer, although I do not agree very much with the reissues of the vintage figures, this would be the biggest exception.
If I can find the designer's link, I'll share it with you!

@deafmetal I'm in that with you Mark to help Sanjeev buy him some pieces from his collection to help him raise funds for his vintage Garada K-7.
@fosa comun It is a great dream that I would like to come a true, but with the technology that exists and the digital media I do not know if such a piece would remain anonymous for enough time to buy it for a couple of yen.

Just to clarify the set is made by Marusan. Cisco was the candy company offering these as a prize that you can win from buying their candy. If you found a winning ticket you can claim them by mailing that ticket in to them. Cisco also had other sofubi prizes. There was also an over the counter mini Booska finger puppet prize that you can claim right away if you had a winning ticket that came in a pack of gum.

Below was the over the counter prizes and how it was displayed.

The last pink I saw went a little over 70,000 yen and the other usually around 50,000 yen. I was bidding on both. Did not expect them to go that high either and lost.

I will need that winning ticket for you to claim one. Only one mini Booska. :D

    Whoa.
I feel like this is kinda it. Between seeing Jim's collection in person and now witnessing this change hands, I can say I have seen it all.
I only check in here occasionally now, but this gives me a certain feeling . . . like I've graduated high school again. And it's all over. I'll give credit to Sanjeev's Spazer, Brian's you-name-it, pretty much everything Jim has (that I don't!) and maybe myself for a couple of crazy rarities, but this . . . where does this rank? What kind of question is this? Rhetorical? Metaphysical? Nonsensical?!?!
It isn't a question: it is history. More, it is ART HISTORY. Of our order, the highest. Like it, love it, hate it, don't care: your passion is required!!!!
If this has been your thing for any problematic length of time, and you know who you are, does this just fly by without a thought? Does the GRAIL of all GRAILS just pass into view and then away again, only to garner a passing nod?!?! If that!?!
Gentlemen! I have sat on my hands waiting for your comments, your insights, your feelings, YOUR SNARK!
And yes, I'm probably talking to you, Matt Alt!
This, men and women, is what this board is all about! And it happened! Holy crap!
Who's with me?!? Forget the Bullmark giant-sized Thundermask, forget missile-firing Diamond Eyes, forget everything you knew about Astro Mu 5!!! If you know what you know, and you do, give a moment of introspection to the Popy Garada K7 Jumbo Machinder.
This is the final boss. You have seen history.
    In your lifetime.
