A wonderful re-imagining of various SW tunes that you know and love, turning them all into reflective pieces aimed at Anakin Skywalker. Really makes you feel for the character. Spoiler alert: Major feels may ensue.
Here's a palate cleanser after that Violent Femmes toothaction: Gavin Friday Slider [T Rex cover] King of Trash
I find '90s Gavin Friday to be, what's the word? Icky! I do love the nail polish named after his first band, though! S'more trash: The Birthday Party- Big Jesus Trash Can -- 1982 Trash - On and On with Lou Reed -- 1992 Tony Darrow & Rick Ulfik - We Do Things My Way -- 1987 Closing theme from Street Trash! GWAR IS FUCKING PLAYING WARPED TOUR ALONGSIDE SAVE FERRIS AND THE SUICIDE MACHINES. MY HIGHSCHOOL BODY IS READY.
Gwar is an awesome band and that should be a good one if its anything like all their others, but the band will never be the same without Oderus Urungus.
Of course it'll never be the same, but Blothar is doing a hell of a job. Saw them at Rock and Shock for the debut of Vulvatron (Hopefully she makes a return and stops dicking about) and went to Gwar-B-Q two summers ago and they absolutely SLAYED. Oderus definitely made Gwar what it is today, but so far Blothar and the rest are doing a bang up job continuing on without him. 10/10.
Trying to ignore the sound of my fatass sorry sack of a room mate humping in the next room over. Please slit my throat.
