Oh, that's a very nice back there Charlie, wild colour combo! Love those pink dots in the middle of those yellow blasts. Hand painted sludge is always a lovely touch, I find it ironic (and awesome) that it's so carelessly painted Thanks for posting! Yes! There were also some mixed hand painted Kougai among the OG releases (Yoda has an amazing one in CKA) but this is a whole run... with glitter sludge on the back!! CKA (shot by Andy @ Kaijukorner: http://kaijukorner.blogspot.it/2011/01/ ... bemon.html)
The glitter sludge just throws it over the top in the best way possible. Ugh. I'm going to just have to pretend those don't exist.
The two-headed bemon was one of the first toys I really liked when I got into this hobby. I saw one on eBay (still on there) for 3k+. I thought "man, dude must have accidentally added a zero", but alas, that was the price.
Thanks for the closeups on the poster Rob. Did I ever put up pictures of the poster of the Bemon's from the run I got? It was a smaller run like your's and I've only seen 3 of the 15-20 pop up.
Yeah i would LOVE to own one of those 2 headed giants but there is no way im paying the kind of prices that ppl want for them. Is there any way to get one legit through the maker without having to overpay? lol
Thats about right with price for the 2 headed giants. Not bad really. I love some of the blank ones iv seen on this thread. They look just as amazing as the painted ones. Thank you for the price range info to.
^ ^ That is awesome, with the exception of a couple I had pretty much missed this run! That transparent one looks pretty unique for Bemon.
I'd love to see more pics of the transparent one. I figured people would be interested in a size comparison of the new sculpt and thought I'd post it here. Bemon can really produce some nice factory paints and again has been able to put out another really fun sculpt. I still don't know how they could cast the thing in one piece. Also...It wouldn't sit the same if it had a bottom plug.
That Bemon run is incredible. Love quite a few of those, especially mr polka dots. Good to see a size comparison of the sea monster. Smaller than I thought
This is a gift for a friend, but being that I'd never held a Kougai in hand before, only seen one behind glass several times, I couldn't help but get some shots in. These are actually pretty wonderful. Being that I'm not at all experienced or knowledgeable of Bemon outside of photos, I didn't at all expect this: Spoiler
Wow, @xSuicide Squadx, that is one thoughtful gift. And excellent shots as always! Those glow pics are titillating.
