I like the photo! While i am pretty sure that this would not stop any reselling, at least it is a good step towards it. Now, the grey area will be what if you trade stuff or sell at market prices many years down the road.
Hell, I'd be smiling for my pic if I got a custom from Gargamel....or any toy from a show. That is a good policy though. Crack-down time. Watch out, wicked resellers.
I'm not sure there will be an issue if it is many years down the road. I think the main concern is recent drops and releases.
I know a lot of people, myself included, have helped out people at gargamel shows(sdcc in particular for me). Hopefully this is kept in mind and the only people punished are those that pop up on ebay, yahoo, or mandarake for crazy prices. I think gargamel knows this type of thing happens and will only pursue those who are obviously taking advantage and flipping their customs.
I don't that is what they mean (muling). I think it's more so whatever is posted on auction sites or seeing it up for sale somewhere for rape amounts of money.
So many amazing customs! Does anyone have a good picture of the orange Cyborg Zag? That was the one that really stood out for me.
View this post on Instagram I spotted this pic on Instagram. Is that a walking killer wearing a saddle? And is that a head or a teenage Randal riding?
Im not sure which one is my favorite....... THERE ALL MY DAMN FAVORITES! xD These one off pieces are really impressive to look at.
prepare for an onslaught of sweet sadness. Absolutely incredible. Every single toy was a winner. There were minis, Brodarr figures, and other toys at the event as well, if I'm not mistaken.
^^ AGREED. Wow. The days when regular releases were distributed seem few and far between but I'm just glad they continue to make toys.
The photos look great. Its great news to see them still make crazy color combos that are so familiar and fresh at the same time. ggml has got it down real good.
That Mecha Zag with the guts that are painted up like a paper insert... I have no words for how happy seeing that photo made me.
