The new Aosoth is bad ass. I should be in Baltimore right now so I could see them this weekend, but some shit came up.
I know it's the wrong forum but since theres no official black metal trade forum wtf. If anybody wants to trade black metal vinyl for my ceramic yakimon figures let me know!
Aw shit that's awesome! I thought I'd just get bored with it, but fuck, I'm obsessed! Wish I got in on the ground floor now and got a splatter vinyl but whatever, it doesn't matter. I also can't find it locally (in fucking Chicago?!) at least it's not posted on the "in stock" or blog sites of the shops I hit. I just don't wanna wait for it to show in the mail.
Where would you recommend one would go for a good selection on death metal, Blooddrinker? I know google, i would just rather get an honest opinion from a costumer.
For any metal vinyl (particularly new), I just usually go to any of the Reckless locations if I buy locally. I mean there USED to be a few cool "metal only" record shops but they're long gone. The Reckless shops seem to have the best selection of metal vinyl here I feel like. They get some cool stuff from Hell's Headbangers, The Flenser, Rise Above, Relapse, Metal Blade pretty much most metal labels.
Just realized I can't find Sunbather locally because it's street date is 6/11/13. My bad, I saw them on eBay already so assumed it was out in stores.
I've been waiting nearly seven years for a new record from these dudes....playing it over and over and over.... Summoning - Old Mornings Dawn Flammifer Also picked up their limited release of Dol Guldur on clear green vinyl
I've officially jumped on the Deafheaven bandwagon. Got Sunbather & Roads to Judah in the mail today from Deathwish. Wish I would have given them a chance earlier, but at least I am now.
I grabbed the last copy at Reckless today on my way in from class. Such nice packaging too. Little things like that really get me. The gold vinyl looks awesome.
Just found out I can see them July 8th at the Record Bar. It's rare that bands come through Kansas City, & I have a feeling they will never be back after the show. Not much of a metal scene in KC.
