    Going price for a Bullmark Megalon?
    Gotcha. $5,000 seemed REALLY high to me, even if the toy is really rare and/or coveted.

    Dutch did sum it well in the article. The bottom line is, it is only worth what you are willing to pay for it. Being patient can pay off.

    Wow, this means I've owned more than 50% of all the known Megalons? Seems kind of doubtful. Thought it is a hard figure to find I am sure the population for this figure is well over 100 if not many more.
    The price itself has certainly fluctuated over the years. The first one I purchased was for ¥600,000 after searching for nearly a year and having a client desperate for one he agreed to pay that price (and this was over a decade ago). After that it was like the sky fell open and I purchased 3 more in the following year including all three color variations and it was then I first noticed the two different horn variations. I averaged about one a year for the next several years after that and the last one I purchased was for the relatively bargain price of ¥200,000.
    They can be found (all variations) and with some patience you can find one at a price you are comfortable with.
