Gian's winning Mascot is a very interesting blend of colors...different from what we've seen in the past, I like it a lot.

There are a few customs going up online tomorrow at Noon Pacific.
Let's just hope I get up early enough to edit up some pics.

The show was great! Good to see everyone and congrats to the winners! The pieces that won were really awesome. I can't wait to see them made into production pieces.

Everyone went all out for these customs. They look great. I was home last night with my son and strep throat, so could not come. I especially like the one-offs that Brian Flynn painted for the show.

 

PK's custom is great! Just feels really fitting for the figure.

 

I wish I could have gone, that pics looks great and mine is spot on in the middle so makes it even better

Now that I'm finally seeing the entries, I think it was a tough competition. There were some really great designs that were submitted.

How is the Josh H one not gone?! If I collected MBs I'd be all over that and display it backwards. its so sick!

Thanks everyone! So stoked I won! I definitely did not expect that, especially with tons of other great customs up there. I've never been to an S7 show, but I finally decided it would be a nice time to visit. I was just happy to have had some time to relax and take a trip up to SF, having my custom win made it even more sweeter . Props to everyone that came out and everyone involved. And it was definitely a pleasure meeting all of you Bay Area folks and chillin and talking toys! Pizza was sick, thank you Mr. Flynn. Drunken JapanTown nights courtesy of Bert, good times.

I forgot to say Congrats to Ecko, and Nebulon, You guys did some awesome work. I liked Joe's paintjob a lot as well, and Rick San's MB looked good, but it looked very similar to a paintjob that Rich did a long time ago.

The ones that really stick out though are the few that are obviously painted with V-Color, it would be so nice to be able to order a batch of that stuff. I love MK, but there's a real beauty that comes when you don't have to clear coat every toy you paint. Lack of gloss can really set a toy apart from the crowd nowadays.
