http://toysrevil.blogspot.com/2011/07/r ... preme.html This looks amazing! Two questions: 1. Is he MOTU-sized? 2. Not to be a total geek, but shouldn't those knees be ever so slightly bent into a "Battle ready" pose? Awesome, awesome, figure, though. I'll be needing every release of this dude.
I love how this and the mongo will make a sick pair. Joel is this your baby or is it a Mishka figure ?
Holy crap. This guy is fantastic... he is somewhere great between vintage MOTU and the Four Horsemen MOTU2000 line. Mikrock does hella good work.
Looking like something straight from the Horde. Love it. Interchangeable arms and heads would be fucking killer.
I spotted the proto at Wonder Festival at the Shamrock Arrow booth (The company is new to me). As I wrote on KK, the guy at the booth told me the figure was sculpted by Mirock. It looks like it's being sold by Shamrock in Japan. I'm not sure if this one (Judecca?) is a stand alone figure or part of a line called Cocytus Knights. I'll hold off on making any guesses. Joel's the dude with the answers. The man with the plan. The Toucan Son of Sam.
Damn, this thing looks sick. Reminds me of my old Hordak toy from the 80's. Will definitely be picking this up!
Thanks all for the kind words and support. I really like the way the figure came out. Rich, this is my figure with Shamrockarrow. His name is MOTUKO as I previously stated. I don't know about Cocytus Knights or the other guys. This toy has been in the making for the last year and a half. I'm still getting familar with the maker of my toy. Haha. They will be released in the US by me. I will post updates once I have them but hopefully by the end of Oct.
i love the Hordak chest-plate tribute, and the crotch-eye ball. i'm really hoping to see this (or even just parts of it) in skeletor colours. oh, and at the risk of sounding redundant or retarded (or both) : awesome fucking job! This guy really captures some of that sweet MOTU nostalgia while taking it to the next level as a new figure. can't wait to see it up for sale.
im hoping there will be some floating around nycc. looks awesome as is, cant imagine how many paint apps you have in mind for it!! can't wait to get my hands on one of these guys.
this is quite cool. when I see stuff like this I always wish at first that the weapon arm would be a bit longer (this is how I felt about Ollie when I first saw it). but I think the symmetry is probably the best idea in the end. love the armor too
