Belated birthday gifts are almost better than on your actual birthday. You never know when one might arrive.
Yeah, this is rad. No one has mentioned the hand paints one-offs through Mandarake - but there are some killer (ahem) pieces...my favorite is the yellow and black...Saura-bee...
The yellow black sarumon is pretty nice. I also like the pink one from what we can see and the red and black in the back looks "demonically" delicious. What makes this release so good is if I didn't win one of the handpaints I'd still be quite happy with the GID pink one.
So were they 2 diferent lotteries? I kind of misunderstood, I assumed 1 lottery and you either got a GID or a 1 off w/o knowing which.
I'm pretty sure it's just one lottery, with the selection being blind blagged... at least I hope so, I wouldnt have entered otherwise.

If I get a colorway I'm not stoked on, I'll gladly trade it for something. I'm not in the position to have things I don't like (1-shelf limit).
So this is weird.... I don't think you guys [who ordered on the 25th] missed it. I just randomly sent a request to their email on the 25th and just got the email today that I won the lottery and was sent a payment thing for the Sarumon. I think people who entered after the first emails [the 23rd?] were sent still had a chance.
Same here... well, I sent in my entry probably the first day they announced the lottery, but I just received the payment request form about an hour ago, so there might still be hope for others. I was surprised, I thought the it was over and done by now.
Likewise. Maybe they send a certain number then wait who replies then move on to another batch? I am just guessing. I also thought I was SOL.
