My friend hosts a little monthly get together and we show all kinds of weird shorts and movies. Last night we watched a bruno mattei predeter rip off, big man japan and a 50 sex ed film for retarded people , starring retarded people ..it was 'special' so i need some fucking weirdness to take with me on the next one, short movies, trash, education films etc. send me links!!!
Check out Lost and Found Video Night... http://5mtl.com/1D/vol2.htm I have a couple of these are they are pretty decent (beware the a/v quality of the material is all over the place).
Oh, that's nice ... Okay, I'll play. If the fllowing sounds intresting to you, drop me a line: "Summary: The *** ****** movie to end all *** ****** movies. A really strange peice of cinema. This short film runs only about 20mins and is chock full of *** ****** humor and juvenile jokes, but nevertheless its quite well made and directed. Seek it out just so you can say you've seen it. When the first *** ****** walks onto the screen, you know you're in for a real treat. It is almost to impossible articulate, in words, the sheer, visionary brilliance of this film. Julien Garneau-Proulx gives the performance of his life as the janitor's son. Although he spends most of his time cleaning his father's bath house, and he dies rather early at the hands of the Super *** ******, he leaves an unforgettable impression on the audience. The music is amazing as well. "*** ******s Eat Pigs and Fly on Penises Made of Ham and Brown Ham, Because They're *** ******s" is an oscar-worthy song. This song plays during the scene when *** ****** Jim rapes a toilet and explodes, and unless you're souless, it will make you cry. The stuff of legends . . . " I'm going to need souce on that retard sex-ed film tho, kthnxbai.
Alice - Is that actually any good though? It just sounds bad with the potential to be good. Spence - I'm nicking that Big Man Japan for the pub Check out Happiness of the Katakuris, not doubt it's been mentioned before, but it's barking enough to mention regularly.
See if you can find yourself a copy of the Indian (the country of course!!) Star Wars - They don't seem to care about copyrights too much. I think half the film is snippets from the original. There is also (I may spell it wrong) 3 Dev Adam - another Indian film that has Superman and Santo the Wrestler fighting Spiderman, who is an international art thief. Fucking brilliant!!! I also concur on the Happiness of the Katakuri's - weird flick. Especially the Zombie Garbage dump dane sequence.
turkish Star Wars has to be seen to be believed. possibly the worst thing ever committed to film, with a large portion of the movie being poorly spliced together pieces of the original Star Wars, peppered with a little Indiana Jones score here and there. so bad it's worth seeing. this is a taste: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=js6NqlAc29I go to about 2:00 minutes into the above video to get past the credits. edit: if you want freaking hilarious subtitles and think you can manage to stomach the whole thing: http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid ... 6427160377
TV Carnage. It will kill your brain. Best discs are A Sore for Sighted Eyes & Casual Fridays. tvcarnage.com
There was a thread about the film House recently. If you haven't seen it think Bunty comic mixed with a traditional japanese horror , and a healthy dose of some hallucinogenic. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NN0HVJ5t ... p%3A%2F%2F
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7SHlSJIw99o Pinocchio 964 Love the extended barf scene... Its out on DVD, not much dialogue a busload of screaming. Plot... not much, a sex slave breaks out, finds a lonely girl, she adopts him, he goes even more crazy and get violent revenge. And for weird but funny, track down the Japanese film "Last Frankenstein"...
this was bad, but man this had me laughing so hard http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=f5Pjo0WjBcs&feature=fvw
hahahaha jesus that had me in tears. and at 1:17... I'm going to learn that move. I want to be able to bust that out at will.
Im trying to understand the source of entertainment in watching "retards", aren't we out of Junior High?. I love fucked up films, but not ones that are using someone's disability without them even aware of it. Sad.
I concur on these two - House is one fucked up move. Without hyperbole, it may well be the weirdest damn movie I have ever seen. My girlfriend did not think it was weird at all, which has convinced me that she is insane. 3 Dev Adam aka 3 Mighty Men (which was Turkish) was super awesome. Captain America and Santo team up against Spiderman, who is the sadistic leader of an evil gang. The only DVD is from Onar Films in Greece, but you should be able to find it on Ebay easily. Here are a few more off the top of my head. I'm not if these are on DVD in the UK, but most are pretty cheap and easy to find in the US, check Amazon. Survive Style 5+ - I usually think of this as less a "weird movie" and more of a super good one but it is pretty damn weird as well. Viva - New film shot as a tribute to 1970's sexploitation films. Not too cheesy and actually a pretty good film and the art direction is mindblowing. They just re-released the H.R. Pufnstuf film on DVD here. Any Sid & Marty Krofft stuff is great weirdness. Santa Claus - Not the Dudley Moore film, but an English dubbed version of a Mexican film from the 50's where Satan tries to destroy Christmas. Actually, look up anything from K. Gordon Murray. He distributed exploitation films around the US in the 50's and 60's, usually getting them from Mexico and dubbing them. This or any of the ones based on childrens stories (Little Red Riding Hood, Puss N Boots, etc) are just weird as hell. Ankle Biters - A film about midget vampires. Stars this dude that looks like a buff Corey Feldman. The theme song is a Limp Bizkit rip-off whose only lyrics are "Three Feet Tall! Two Inch Fangs!" over and over again. Just For The Hell Of It - Old 60's exploitation from Something Weird Video. Has a gang of juvenile delinquents wreaking havoc "just for the hell of it". They do stuff like take a baby from a stroller and stuff him in a trash can, stealing someones crutches and push him around, random stuff like that. It's like Clockwork Orange if your version of "the ultra-violence" is not helping an old lady across the street or gluing a lock shut. Zinda - A shot for shot rip-off of Oldboy from India. Totally funny, but not on purpose. There is a French DVD called "Erotica anthologie, vol. 1" that has a bunch of old shorts, including a 1920's German film of a Satanic Black Mass that includes hardcore porn, and I mean hardcore, finish and all. Got to love Weimar-era Berlin. If you want a short for Halloween time, this would work depending on if the crowd can take it, but if you're watching retard sex ed films (which i am not opposed to at all BTW, ha ha), I'd say this would be OK. I saw this at a film program of Satanic themed films at UCLA and a lot of the crowd got super freaked out. Malibu High - Awesome 70's exploitation film about a high school girl who is bored and gets pissed at her Mom so she tells her to fuck off becomes a hooker and then a hitman for the mob. Camp at it's finest. If you like weird kung-fu movies, you can't go wrong with classic Master of the Flying Guillotine (called One Armed Boxer II in the UK, but get the US DVD I've heard the picture is better) and especially Shaolin Invincibles, which has kung-fu fighting gorillas and wizards with 3 foot long tongues in it! Funky Forest The First Contact - I did not like this film as much as the directors film before this ("The Taste of Tea") but for weirdness, this takes the cake. It's like a few shorts strung together and not all of them work, but the ones that do are just supremely bizarre. It stars Tadanobu Asano from Ichi The Killer and Mongol. Cutey Honey - It's cute but still pretty weird. Nightmare Detective - Film from Shinya Tsukamoto (Tetsuo). It's pretty weird, but more importantly, a fantastic movie. Tokyo Zombie - Film about two not very bright guys who try to stop the impending zombie apocalypse with the power of Judo. Another one with Tadanobu Asano. And of course you can't go wrong with Kenneth Anger (get the new release from BFI it is seriously amazing, especially the Blu-ray if you have a player), Alejandro Jodorowsky and Seijun Suzuki (I am kind of partial to his last film Princess Raccoon, a musical starring Zhang Ziyi).
Crippled Avengers is still one of the best “interactive” movie experiences I have ever seen when I saw it back in 2000 during an Asian film fest. Highly recommend the dubbed version over subtitles - you loose noting and gain everything with dubbing. Also, Mr T's Be Somebody or Be Sombody's Fool.
here is the link for the retard sex film the abc of sex education of trainables. http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=-2987243478639579087
It is a sex ed film from 1975. I apologise for my bad taste and the fact that I am not a PC as you would like. people have watched sex ed films for entertainment for years. get over yourself.
2 words - Lady Terminator An instant hit at any zany movie night Probably almost anything that Mondo Macabro has released would be appropriate actually. If you want to go for a mega gross out factor, locate yourself a copy of Teenage Mother, a total teenage shock film poorly disguised as educational. I believe Something Weird carries it. Uh, I should be able to suggest LOTS more, since stuff like this is practically all I watch, but I can't think of anything else off the top of my head right now. Unfortunately I really haven't had much time to write at all so far this year, so my site hasn't been updated in ages, but I'm trying really hard to get back in the swing of things and get some stuff up there pretty frequently. Here's some more on Santa Claus: http://radiation-sickness.net/santa-claus/
I'm not sure how easy this is to track down (I've only seen it on 35mm at 4 in the morning with a bunch of horror fans)....but it was SO WORTH it. and probably has to be one of the most disgusting/craziest things I've ever seen. It features a full birth scene. UGH! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5zkCnHUnoYY
If you have emetophobia you might NOT WANT to click THIS LINK (On the other hand, if you don't know: "What is emetophobic mean?" you might want to click on it to find out if you are ) ... Also, if you think you can handle it, teh ULTRAMAN version is HERE!
