I can't miss Tuesday's game. Last hockey fix till October I believe. I think the Pens might get stomped like a narc at a biker rally.
i'm gonna be on the ice when this game is winding down maybe i'll dress in the lobby by the TV so i can watch part of the game.
I would love to see the Pens force a game 7 but my gut says the Wings are gonna be hoisting Lord Stanley tonight.
Traditionaly - I try to get a glimpse of the cup at the end of each year, but I'm still pissed at our early elimination - So I'm not watching the game
Woohoo - game 7 Friday! Is there anything better? Tonight was about as good as I've seen Fleury in goal this series. Some seriously great stops made by him towards the end there. Not to mention Scuderi's heriocs! Hot damn, you gotta love this if you're a hockey fan.
Who said the Pens can't win in Detroit?! Great game, a nail biter to the end. There is nothing like playoff hockey! Hats off to Detroit for a great series. Pittsburghers love our Pens and Lord Stanley #3!!!!
The playoffs were great this year, start to finish. There were a lot of great series. I thought the Wings might win at home but they couldn't pull it off. Congrats to the Pens.
Great picture of a great team! Loved how these guys turned it around under Coach Bylsma. No individual agendas, just a bunch of grinders that refused to lose. Woo Hoo!
And Crosby only played one shift in the third. I wanted the Pens to win, but like many others, I really didn't think they could beat the Wings in a seven game series. Hats off the them.
Wow I can't believe how effectively the Pens shut down the Wings. Wings came out so strong but could not capitalize at all. They could get absolutely nothing into the center lanes at Fleury. Stuart should not even be playing for Detroit next year. Guy made more mistakes and errant passes than I've ever seen in a hockey game. Fleury should have got the Conn Smythe not Malkin. I love how Bettman was booed!
Malkin's play in the entire post-season was far better than Fluery's. Fluery was solid in the last couple games but he had some pretty shitty games early on. Nobody is going to win the Conn Smythe after getting pulled in a game. Congrats to the Pens. One of the best Cup finals I've seen in recent memory.
