Japan, I love you, you will never cease to amaze me!

 

Why anyone would need to leave japan for any reason is beyond me.

 

Some people (me)....get homesick, and are indecisive.

Also actually, I know Living Dead gets to live in an area with tons of Americans and American comforts...I was living as a foreigner in Tokyo...the more you try to assimilate the more resistance you get. I faced more discrimination in Japan as I started acting more "Japanese" and getting better at the language. All that aside, I am still thinking about moving back FOR GOOD.

 

LOL I did that once at the one in Shinjuku. Well, it was more like 30 minutes. But the good thing was they brought free donuts to the people in line!

When I was in the area last week, I walked over the bridge and thought I'd have myself a donut....till I saw the 45 minute line. Pass!

Tattoo's gave me a lot of problems, and ironically within the oppressed/taboo gay scene I found lots of racism and "japanese only" kinda attitudes. But to be fair, it's probably no more racism/discrimination than in the united states, I'm just not used to being racially profiled by police, etc.
