If trying to insure I get my stuff is a "hard time" than I am guilty. But I am only using the avenues at my disposal to get the toy I ordered. If a complaint to paypal about an unreceived item is a hard way to go then I apologize. Seriously having to defend myself on this is a little much though. I was contacted by Jeff today as well, and have a tracking number. I understand that life ain't easy but you can't expect people not to be worried when you got their hard earned cash. I assure you I did not make this thread to cause anyone grief, only to get my stuff. Jeff, I hope all is well.
Specifically what raises my hackles is when the seller avoids communicating with the buyer (i.e. the seller opens his pm's but doesn't respond to the buyer's inquiries). That would raise a red flag for anyone. Couple that with broken promises that the item has already shipped - and dude, that's a problem. It can all be avoided through forthright communication. If there's a problem, just let the buyer know - no one faults anyone else for going through a rough patch now and agin. If you need more time to ship, no problem. It's the deceptive behavior that makes people angry. I, too, got an email today from Jeff apologizing and telling me the item shipped today (although he had previously told me it shipped last week, whatever). As long as I eventually get the items, no harm no foul.

thought I was the only one he gave a hard time. strangest dude I ever dealt with. if u dont want to go through weeks of waiting, unreplied pm´s, stories about “looking into paperwork” and waiting for him to send things out until he gets urs first avoid dealing with him. besides being pretty dishonest he was very friendly, funnily he even sympathised with me not trusting him any longer when he let me know he waited for my stuff to arrive first. he packaged stuff securely with a lot of care and i received everything in perfect condition after around 2 moth. however total nightmare dealing with...
