I haven't purchased anything from kozik..but I imagine he's an extremely busy man, painting all these fig's, running a business, having a personal life...etc
I know everyone is eager and excited but it's not going to speed up the process. When they're done..they're done.

 

An update would be nice.

But then, so would a round the world with Penelope Cruz, and I'm not gonna feel a bit surprised or shortchanged if neither one appears ...

 

Kozik isn't a guy doing a few customs on the weekends when he has time for it. This is a business. We are customers. And even though customer service has gone the way of good govt in this country, customers still seeks knowledge and updates on products, especialy when a proposed release date is pushed back...twice.

Aint mad or nothing. Just saying.

I'm sorry. I have to agree with Jason. Everyone whose commented clearly wants to be buddy buddy with Frank but in all honesty this is ridiculous. I didn't pay for the chaos for EXACTLY this reason.

 

Has anyone thought to PM Frank and ask him what's up?

I did that a week and a half ago. no response yet, but I don't mind. It's nice to get a figure late if I've already paid for it. it's like a surprise gift. is it really hurting you guys to have to wait? it's not like he's a normal member who's going to disappear forever.

when you pre-order something these things happen. I'd rather he took his time and made something he's proud of than force out something for a deadline.

 

Holy shit Aidan, we actually agree on something. Write down the date and time!

Hey I want these too. Which is why I paid up front for a set of 4. Bottom line is that if you offer a date for delivery, take people's money and then miss the date(s)....it would be great to get updates, and maintain people's expectations overall.

Shit happens, and that's fine. But an overall lack of communication with your fans or customers....sucks.

Shocked isn't strong enough of a word for how surprised I would be to find out that Frank has even begun on the chaos'.

 

Evils are all done.RxH hasnt shipped the Heads yet, but we are ready to go when we get them.
