Anyone been to this in Las Vegas?

I am geeking out on the PSP with the new pinball machine and really want to revisit some of my fav pinball machines I played as a kid.

I loved Haunted House, Centaur and Addams Family. I loved Star Wars too, the later version.

Would love one of these at home.

I just bought the old Pinball Hall of Fame Gottlieb Edition. Just found out they have the Williams Collection as a new release back in Feb in the US. I can't find it here, but found an auction on eBay. There is a Wii version as well.

It's pretty interesting since there are about 10 machines you can play ranging from 1950's to the 80's. There are different angles you can play one of them following the ball wherever it goes. I am just addicted to it and geeking out on the sounds and graphics. It received a review score of 8 on IGN =, so I can't wait to get my hands on this.

There is also a closer view that follows the ball and is very detailed. They got all the physics of the ball and the sounds accurate.

as far as PSP pinball games go you MUST - get the JPN import simply titled PINBALL - the rad thing about it.....you hold the PSP vertically and use the shoulders as flippers - a bit of a cool twist instead of the table scrolling up and down - its all right there - TATE !

The first Gottlieb Edition on PSP has this function too but I eventually went back to the zoomed in version because the graphics is so nice even though playing on full screen can get better aim. I think the PSP shoulder buttons as flippers suit the pinball machine perfectly. The analog stick is for bumping.

Now I have to search for that new Williams Edition!!!

    I miss pinball machines

I miss pinball machines, there was only one bar that I know of that had one, and that place is a germfarm.

I loved Addam's Family too, But World Cup Soccer and Terminator 2 were my favorites. World cup soccer was very forgiving and would give you free games a lot.

I love pinball. I grew up on those old Gottlieb machines. Here are my babies: Scared Stiff, Star Wars (Episode 1) and Super Straight (a late electro-mechanical table). I've had Super Straight the longest - my wife gave it to me back in the '80s!
