    Pretty quite down here.
What about some sort of Nazi mecha gorilla thing to bring some life here? I ve missed those.

On another fugly body. I appreciate the sneakers, nice touch. I like my Nazi mecha apes with a sense of fashion. Gives them more personality.

Magnificent example of the : « is that really a sofubi? It looks like a turd» collection. Very good use of the rainbow vomit trend too.
Which makes me think… Maybe we could make a book out of our editorial work here? Going through the different fugly trends and such. I would get that as a coffee table book.

Speaking of fugly categories, here is the ‘is that supposed to be ironic? Why would I want to put that guy up on my shelves?’
Probably Nazi shit would be a sub category of this one.

Its the same thing when all the trump toys came out. I have no choice but to live with this piece of garbage existing in my peripheral vision, why would someone ever spend $100+ to make myself feel even worse.

Maybe having it as a toy helps some people process the horror? Like : « well here he is, as a toy, I can process that. »
Only… well obviously there is some steps there that are missing. It’s one thing to try and process the horror of the bomb and creating Godzilla vs taking a dictator and known psychopath killer ruling a foreign country, that i can’t feel the impact within myself, and depicting him as he actually looks, only cooler.
The art of metaphor seems lost in those cool kids.
I mean … if that is what they are interested in doing. They might just be fan of the guy.

I've noticed a fair amount of stuff with swastikas on them when browsing Instagram. Is it supposed to be ironic or is there some sort of racist subset of collectors I should be avoiding? I mean I'm avoiding these either way...

It reads as low hanging fruit or edge lord nonsense to me, more the former. I am a fan of the Kaiju One likeness toys, but those are a different world of "not war criminal".

Its like rule 34, but for toys and the more henious the act the more colorways they make.

Same Co that made the Dalai Lama, no? They must be trying to even out that karma

I get that the person was trying to paint up Godzilla like a poison dart frog, but painting spots on something already so textured just doesn’t look right to me.

As for the other two, more penis and Hellraiser ripoffs… Original as always.

This feels all sorts of wrong, like is it just me or does this feel rudely disrespectful?

Ah the ol' switcheroo!! Classic! Hilarious!!! .....Too bad it looks like Godzilla is humping a dead body, but maybe that's just the bad angle of this shot. Regardless, it really isn't cool considering the actor who played Godzilla for many films passed away only a few years ago...So yeah I immediately felt what @hellointerloper is saying.

Oh shit! I didn’t even notice the switcharoo, I totally saw errr… sexual relations. I mean, Godzilla’s face makes him look like he’s enjoying himself.
On paper this is a clever idea, but this could have been executed WAY better. It just looks like they’re having “fun”.

It is weirdly suggestive, intentionally or not ...

I’m sure the towel is there for sweat clean up, but the Jiz rag isn’t helping either.

I could tell what they were going for immediately when I saw it, but it’s so badly executed, as Maddie mentioned, and it really does look like Goji’s stiffin’ a stiff, as Patrick mentioned. Even with the elaborate movie studio photo setup it doesn’t come across as the suit comin’ off Goji unless you were to have a slight bird’s eye view to see the zipper. If anything they should’ve made their own take on Goji and manufactured actual rubber suits that could be taken on and off. Even still, this doesn’t feel like any sort of positive homage or payin’ respects to Nakajima - San.
