Why not. . .

. . .make Flynn's words of wisdom a.k.a. the rules, a sticky so first time visitors can easily find it?

 

And give a mandatory competency exam afterwards!
Potential candidates must attain a score of Satisfactory or higher.... etc, etc.
Watch that Total members number plummet!

 

I second this motion as it would've been easier to find my first time around!
