I love this one (obviously borrowed pic). I don't have it but I think it's my favorite.

Well, this item has always been a personal favorite for me. I have a couple of loose specimens as well...but the carded one has always been one of my "grails"...so to speak. :D

Nice one, Coop! Haruo Nakajima...the Man! You have their Eiji Tsubaraya figure, too, right?

Anyway...leave it to Jim to ask the toughest question I've heard all week. It's like asking which of your kids is your favorite!

After thinking about it for a few days, I came up with two. But neither of 'em glow. They're not even vinyl!

The first is a gashapon I got back in high school from Tokyo Kid (or was it still Man From Atlantis back then?) in Harvard Square, Cambridge, MA.

I think this was before Destroyah came out...there was a set of these "HG gashapon" or whatever figures from Bandai that came in the little plastic bubbles. Me and my boys each bought one ('cause we were broke as fuck...we could barely afford the fansubbed VHS tapes of the movies!). This was before I got into collecting toys more seriously. Back then, it was all comic books, bootleg VHS kung fu and monster flicks, and running from cops. Good times.

My second choice is a figure I scored in '05 for pretty cheap offa eBay: the pink Bullmark Bullpet Godzilla:

For some reason, I've always loved this guy more than the green version...but either way, Bullpets rock. Mostly diecast...and with the WEIRDEST FUCKING SHIT GOING ON INSIDE THEM!! I mean, there's a telescoping...dick-thing...that appears to be piloted by two humans! And, of course, he's got two missile launchers...ostensibly for shooting at the little red jet and tank bits that also come outta his belly! What the fuck?

Bert, that M1 trike is gorgeous, man. Excellent choice. Actually, everyone's choices are pretty slamming! Jim, the Jumbosaurus is amazing...I just have the recent Slash glowie reissue. Totally badass...but silent. Linda, which King-Goji sculpt is that? Looks kinda Marmit-ish...

His little wristwatch is the bit that gets me.

Yes the wristwatch is SO cool. 8)
I have one that Nakajima signed down his back. LOVE it! :D
The PK Goji is a G62 Bear Model unpainted whiteish one I had sitting around that needed some love.

Which release/version is this? The closest thing I've found on the M1 site (assuming M1 because of the green platform) are this and this - but neither of them are exact.

Browsing through Club T didn't turn anything up for me either.

    In any case, very nice!

You know, I think it was a Super Festival release last year but not positive.
I'll try to dig up info on it since it's my pic and figure. ; )

    And it is gorgeous.
