interesting to see these RIs which are not exactly usgrow's usual colour palette. wonder if usugrow is still being consulted on the colourway for the releases?
Baron, yes it's clear/red marbled. Just like those rebel inks. Really cool combo I think, I'm excited at the adventurous color mixed.
Stunning! Can't wait for it to arrive. Interesting to see what the flesh coloured one is and when it's being released. Wasn't there a one-off test cast done in flesh about a year ago which was sold at auction?
The charity auction piece didn't have a print on the body and actually it wasn't a one-off. When the RI was put online, it was night time in tokyo and the physical store was already closed. the online shop basically work the same way as overseas order, that is there wasn't anybody in store to respond to the orders hence it lasted till the store reopened the next day. Therefore, it does appear to have soldout pretty quickly by RI standard these days. Maybe this was a smaller run as there seem to be some difficulty making these pieces and sb limiting to one piece per order for a blind release.
Shame there won't be any lucky bags yet again, SB's been going really strong this year imo. Oh well, at least I'm not going COMPLETELY broke into 2014...

These RI seemed to be available in store the day of the email going out - which is usually for the following day. May well have been a preview though. While I was in the store Hiddy was showing what I thought was the flesh coloured one, but it glowed orange in the dark.
I'm NOT 100% and RI's aren't my thing but it certainly looked that way. Hiddy held what looked like that flesh coloured one up to the light and then turned the lights off in the shop. Glowed a fierce orange. He was chatting to a guy about the new marbled ones at the time. Maybe it was an upcoming release or a test. Not sure, but the three colours from the pic above were hanging behind the counter. Has SB marbled different GID colours? Standard green with orange say.
Did Secret Base say def no Lucky Bags this year? Last time I asked they said they hadn't decided yet.
You are asking the wrong question to get your answer, the question is does Secret Base have a surplus of towels and coffee mugs at the moment?
I asked at the store when I was there the other day. Definitely no on the lucky bags. I think I at least have him thinking about some new suits... That was a no at first too.
yes...sb has had a good year,, one of the best in recent times (minus a couple tees i bought which faded and fell apart after a couple washes ) never bought a lucky bag myself but loved scavenging the chopsticks from previous lb's..they're really nice!
So is it okay now to be asking for SB mugs since there won't be LB's this year? Seriously, I need an SB mug.

Would have loved a towel/mug, I think all I kept from the one LB I got was a pen. The 10k bags always seemed like a fair deal with a good chance of awesomeness to me - I can see why folks who got the 30 or 50k bags are on Team Never Again, though. I'd still take the chance, especially considering this year's output... Yikes!

well looks like there was 4 rebel inks its either red and clear marble and orange and clear marble or pink and clear... 2 of those 3, hard to tell when i see a picture of the front brochure and then blue clear marble, and the fleshy toned one. 4 total... this isnt going to be fun to hunt
