Big Cartel has made some changes recently, and unless you updated from standard Paypal to Paypal Express Checkout your store would lose inventory checking. Also, the 10 minute inventory reserve is now gone. It's a race through the checkout now and there's no way to switch back.
Thanks for illumination on the checkout change. Had become a guessing game before each drop of whether or not adding to cart basically insured a score or not... While cart holding (looking at those who would hold a toy hostage for 10/15 min ) was indeed aggravating, I still prefer the old method to this new school fast & furious system. Seems to give free range to bots and a clear disadvantage to slower typers (such as myself). Would be optimal if BC let the store owner have discretion in choice... but oh well.
Anybody hear anything about the agent orm set that was for sale back in September? They were supposedly shipping sometime in October, but still waiting with no word. He seems to be m.i.a, I personally don’t mind and can understand delays but it’s really off putting they can’t be bothered to have an update.
A lot of us are waiting on different items. Some people got stuff after Mikko's last surfacing but he has vanished again. He's a good man and our stuff will come. Fingers crossed his health and life are good. But in the meantime I am anxiously checking my mailbox.
I'm still waiting for my Vattensnok Agent Orm .. not sure if it got lost in mail or not shipped yet? No reply to my emails .... Fingers crossed that everything shows up ... eventually.
So looking up it’s obviously been brought up but this is officially out of hand. I bought the agent Orm set in September like you guys and now it’s January. They were supposed to ship in October. I hit him up he said he ran out of paint and got more and would have them out then just disappeared and doesn’t answer and DMs on IG. I’m kind of over it. Like there’s a line and I’m a pretty patient dude but that was like $200 and no contact isn’t ok. You don’t ghost on your customers.

I feel worried about the guy. He was on it for a long time. Good, quick communications and thoughtful as well. I fear something tragic but I hope not.
His releases did seem awfully light this last year. Here is hoping for a more steady release of awesomeness this year. I'm just glad I was able to obtain a few of the new Agents.
Like I’m not wishing him ill will of any kind I just wish he would give answers I also think setting up a sale when you haven’t shipped with previous sale is bad form
What did you receive tracking for? I waiting for the orm set, but it seems like the previous items a lot of people are still waiting for as well as what he released post orm set.
