To clarify: 1.) the toys that are question marks are not SB. 2.) GF's -when was the last time you saw one of these? Much less two....?? 3.)Hopefully we have made enough bags that everyone will get a shot. That said, I wouldn't exactly sleep on it..... 4.) I would not assume anything is what you expect.....
Thanks for the clarification (and mystification), Brian. Now, these just need to be available online. I would buy, at the very least, 4 of the $25 baggies.
Seems fun, I'll be sitting around on my computer waiting! I actually looked at flights when this was first announced (cause' I got free room and board in SF w/my uncle) but they were just too much from the ATL. I hope to make it back west one day for one of these damned parties!
Direct from the Ministry of Disinformation... #4 makes me wonder if S7 candles are the next big thing! and...does #3 mean that non-left-coasters will have an opportunity to pick up a paper bag of mysterious goods?
No GFs?!! Ah, well I'm sure whatever it is it'll be choice. And awesome news for those of us in fly-over land that we have a shot at a bag at least! I also just realized looking at the dates that I was in Super 7 on my first ever trip to San Francisco just weeks after it opened. Unfortunately for me that was pre-SB collecting.
So, there are only 6 different figures total, right? If you buy the most expensive bag you get all of them? The $25 bag, you either get two figures or one figure - but whatever you get will be in the $225 bag also? And the $65 bag you only get one figure - either one of two GFs, or some mystery figure. And there's no chance to get a GF in the $25 bag? Is this correct? It doesn't quite seem "random" if that's the case...but then I can't see getting an SB figure for $25. Just wondering if these really are totally random and you could hit the jack-pot with a $25 bag, or if you have to spend $65 for a shot at SB.
Seems it would be smartest to go w/ the big bag, and sell off what you don't want. Assuming there will be something you DON'T want.
Since the ?'s signify that it is not an SB figure, there's no way of securing all of them, apparently.
I took Bryan's remark to mean that they aren't SB: Maybe he meant they're not "Skull Bee." I dunno. I'm not trippin' on this at all. I like the element of surprise, but then, I'm not a real SB collector so the perspective is different. I'll just be happy with whatever turns up. EDIT: Oops, major cross-post there.
Gotit! Little slow this morning, he did mention that some would be. . . Just believe me when I say "You want'em!"
this is my new favorite thread. Who knew a few "???" with a couple "++" in between would cause so much confusion.
more clarification: 1. As is customary with lucky bags, figures are both painted and unpainted. There is no guarantee of which you will get. That said, all GFs are painted, there are no unpainted GFs. 2. The $225 bags gets one of all figures available in the smaller lucky bags. If you buy a $225 bag you are guaranteed one of each figure available, but no guarantee of painted vs. unpainted. 3. No bag is guaranteed to have painted figures unless you are getting a GF. Everything else is random. 4. There is a very deliberate pacing of the figures based on what size bag you are buying. The question marks are very specific figures. 5. There are six different figures total. 2 GF + 4 surprises. I thought someone had an early leak on this on an older thread with some knowledge..... 6. This is supposed to be fun. Please have some.
Fukubukuro! I'm such a sucker for these things. It will be fun to see what comes out of them, regardless of whether I'm able to score some online...
Will attendees be allowed to buy more than one bag? IOW, may I buy one $25.00 and one $65.00? No problem if not. Just want to be prepared.
