Whoa! Thanks for sharing this. Hubby is going to love it!
Don't you just want to sneak onto the Bridge and stick all of your cute toys on the seats? Looks like fun!

Now, can someone recommend some yummy restaurants in the vicinity?

$25 AND no pics allowed...double boo!

If I'm going to be on the OS bridge I want to take some pics.

    A geek exhibit...just don't act like geeks...

    1. No masks.
    2. Elaborate costuming may inhibit your ability to ride simulators.
    3. No weapons. Phasers, shields or any other accessory that may be perceived as a safety concern in any galaxy by any species is prohibited and must be left in your space shuttles.

Show up dressed in TNG or later uniforms and pretend you went back in time to do something important on the bridge.

Or better yet, dress up as Confederate soldiers or Renaissance Faire gear and then walk around saying "Something's happened... Where are we?" And then challenge anyone dressed in Trek gear to battle.

    no pictures? wtf?

fuck that. I say we get the local Klingon Guard to come down and destroy the place.

Hahahaha ... typical Paramount abuse of the people who make their ancient warhorse an ongoing cash cow. Typical overreaching copyright law.

Oh well it's good that these populist shows get people into museums, but it's a little odd that the prices for such traveling corporate shows are so high during a severe recession, especially those that appeal to families.

I'm not a scofflaw by nature but I say take all the photos you want. Don't upload them to the 'net and call attention to them, but puh-leeze. It's not like this is classical art that might be damaged by flash photography.

ooh, dress up as stormtroopers holding picket signs that say, "the universe isn't big enough for both of us"

I'd grab tickets and just say "We don't need to see their identification... They can go about their business... Move along...."

This is the night before Joel's show. If I arrange for a van would any of you be up for going as a group? Maybe we can drag Joel along with us. Let me know.

Sounds cool. I'll be in SF that Friday. If we can get 10 or more we can save 20% on a group rate admission
