dead cats being painted...! there are 2 sculpts, one alive and one dead...both cast in black resin. it's certainly a race to the finish, but we should have them ready at dcon, hot off the workbench. there's been a ridiculous number of setbacks so far in production...including my printer taking a sudden crap. i'm off to buy a new one right now and get the box design finalized... cheers!
That must have been a ridiculously expensive license. How did you pull that off? I can't imagine McDonalds is into stuff like this.
Could have saved money on the molds and materials- just buy Sculpey and black spray paint next time. ...and 50 Happy Meal toys. Well, ok, maybe you wouldn't save that much.

WOW! Dcon was amazing. We had a great time and met so many cool folks, and frankly we’re a little exhausted. OK, a LOT exhausted... Totally worth it. Thanks everyone who not only picked up a cat (or two!), but took the time to stop by the booth and chat. Butch, Leecifer, Computerhair...
