I am glad you like the Sutfin piece but I think it looks like something from Spencer Toys D&D section.
    Just like those Bop Dragons...

    I like:
    Tron stuff
    Galactus
Molar (I wouldn't buy it but it makes me laugh)
    Plastic Man

That is all. Hate for rest. Boiling hate. (not really but I like to say it.)

That be@rbrick is nice, but I'd prefer something a little more opaque like the old one (series 6). One of the best in my opinion.

    um...FUUUCCCCCCCK YEEEAAAAAAAH

and I think that the purple Be@rbrick is an homage to the old school tron action figures...right?

@ liquid. You diss it but then post a HD pic of the detail... I don't get it?
Is there something in the pic you don't like? The flame?
I know there is whole nuther thread about this sculpt, just curious.

Contemplate the contradictory koan with calmness of mind. When enlightenment occurs, the harmony of opposites will reveal itself as the proper way of nature. Or at least the properly clever deviousness of the liquid sky. ;)

    Om.

I think it's just a "news update", no likes or dislikes concerned.

not sure if this is the right place to post this, but it looks like no Secret Base at SDCC this year. I'm a little disapointed.

where does that info come from? they never have their own booth, they usually set up with Toy Tokyo, but I think its mostly just been tossy / cure anyways for the most part.

i assumed they would have thier own booth, which they do not this year. So them sharing a booth would be good news to me.

They've NEVER had there own booth . . . always piggy-backed S7 or Toy Tokyo, and even when not officially present there's invariably Secret Base SDCC exclusives.

another x in the new-bie stupidism column then. Thanks for the info though I was very annoyed when i looked at the vendors and no SB.

Now that this is taken care of, please bring on more bad releases.

Nah! . . . naivety is understandable, it's the douchebaggery that gets flagged. Although some of the regulars seem to be outdouching the n00bs these days so I may have to start the chart from scratch again! ;)

Bambi vs. Godzilla is so classic. I remember it playing in so many independent animation festivals for years. I think every Spike and Mikes festival played it too(along with No Neck Joe). End animation nerd talk here, back to SDCC toy nerd talk.

I read in Toyfare that Galactus will be available later this year for the general public; the SDCC version will just have different packaging. Also, last year's Marvel Universe SDCC figures were eventually available on the Hasbro website, so there's a good chance the SDCC Galactus will, too.
