    Damn, that is a beast of a turtle there Mikee. The release is completely new to me, but I love the classic Eastman&Laird versions. The NECAs are still some of the best, but I could see myself splurging if I could to get a jumbo fella too. Don't worry, you'll just have to pick up the other three as well, Raph included.*

    * I have seven of them by the way.

    These mondo ones are killer they are the same size as the big scale playmates ones for the current cartoon series so I am hoping to have then and now sets done by the end of the year lol man I love being a turtle!

    I had original Michelangelo giant size from the 1980s but a family member sold it in a garage sale :/ I'm really enjoying all these TMNT releases, I'm just finding the right one to go after.

    I had those same ones as a kid! My grandma bought me one for my 5th birthday to take on my first plane trip and I lost it between connecting flights it was such a bummer.

    Love this study in peepers, Kerk! Don't know how you manage to get it together so well, don't care. Makes me smile and really appreciate these toys. Some great stuff in that shot (including on the periphery), a very excellent mix of modern and vintage. Thanks for sharing!

    How did you manage that man (and not to notice)?! Ouch, so sorry for you Mikee. I can just imagine how you felt after that trip. I know these little experiences are things which actually end up really affecting us as children (well, for most average people who aren't spoiled and really appreciate the toys they do have), and we carry the memories with us for life. A great way to enjoy the new 'jumbos' though, with these current releases.

    I'm unsure if this is the same one you had but I unearthed a poloroid from the mid to late 80s with my Michelangelo. The very first toy photo I took. Up in the right hand corner is my 486 where I used to wardial local businesses. [​IMG]

    I actually had Raphael. He's my favorite.
    It was for sure a bummer that I never really forgot. But a learning experience as well.

    It's a custom by myself and Joe Dunaway, Manny!
    Quite a project, this one... all his swappable parts are magnetic... he also has magnets in his feet and hands... two extra tongues... matte and gloss finishes...
