The Putin figure is made by the enigmatic Wanderlas (wondrous? Wanderlust?) toys. It's a bit of mystery.
If I had those, I think I would have to swap the heads out. Shirtless Putin needs that big cheesy grin! "Hello, Babes!" So nice.
I assume the makers' intention was to mock rather than to glorify, but with everything that's going on right now I wouldn't want that Putin dolly anywhere near me even if you put ¥25.000 on top.
It would be fun to own a Putin fig to battle it out with gorilla ju or some such nonsense, but I couldn't justify buying one as a standalone concept. Not very interesting compared to all the other goodies on the table. Nice sculpt though.
andy- that looks like MH-L04. There is a similar version that swaps the gold and silver spray, but is not listed in the Mook (both are shown in the Kai-Zine Issue 5 catalog). A beauty! I have yet to track that one down.
today @ Shinto Gangu, this happened... the sofubi powerhouses Mori-san & Atom-chan combined forces with Shigeta of Goccodo & Kyuni of Cord Viper for a one day event. Releases included new versions of Iron Babylon + Kamari, Zat + Zavelle, Machinesider, a Boomy mash up, some new fight fig using the Evil Bat body, two tone Pheyos, super size Flyder, a stunning transparent Chaos Man, & the show stopping GID Itchinesu.

Thanks for sharing the photos. The clear Shef figures look good- I like those more than his signature rainbow-dye figures.
