Is it supposed to be a specific sort of creature? I really like the design of it.

 

Is it a snail,or a toad, or some spirit creature?

I bought this about 20 years ago from a flea market estate sale guy in South Carolina , of all places. 40 bucks.

finally had it appraised. retirement fund basically.

nope. the next 3 years will see a massive amount of new figures and projects. Theres at least 40 different ones currently in some stage of production. I'm just starting. good times good times.

'ritual wine vessel' with 'gluttonous beast' motif. 1600-1000 bc era.

 

Well at least it confirms why you came back. There are plenty of people here you probably don't even know yet. Minus the one scumbag that apparently no one can successfully prosecute.
