Murder Blobpus (the one in the jar) Checklist

Hoping for some help from the old-timers. Trying to put together a list of all of the Murder Blobpus.

I think there were a few releases with paint splatter that were sold assembled in the normal fashion. I'm mostly interested in the releases that were sold unassembled in a jar.

Here is what I have:

2008/10 - Murder Blobpus DX (Blobpus Exposition excl.)
2009/01 - Murder Blobpus DX (P-Strawberry Ice ver., Mandarake Sapporo excl.)
2009/01 - Murder Blobpus DX (P-Milk Ice ver., Mandarake Shibuya excl.)
2009/07 2009 WFS - Murder Blobpus DX (Purple Fringe ver.)
2010/03/24 - Murder Blobpus DX (DK ver.)
2010/11/30 - Murder Blobpus DX (Biohazard ver.) / (Biohazard chase ver.)*
??/?? - Old Balance Murder Blobpus (clear vinyl w/ gold spray and red splatter) [not sure if this one came in a jar]

* Sold blind in a metal can.

If you don’t see a jar, it didn’t come in one.
The one in the can had a chase version also.

 

Any pics of the one from the can? I don't think I have ever seen this one...

First question: Did the Biohazard release have a jar inside the can, or was it just the can?

Second question: I see 2 jars with purple labels. One looks like the clear purple DX 'Purple Fringe version'. What is the other one?

no jar inside the can.

and I don’t remember what is in the other jar. I can’t even look because everything is packed away.
