I am currently going on 21 days trying to get a response [email, phone call, anything] back from Mishka's customer service department [if they even exist anymore]. This is the second time that I have encountered a severe lack of communication from the brand and am getting pretty pissed off. The first experience involved them sending me a completely different shirt, ignoring my requests for a return, and then saying that I had to pay for the shipping to return the product. Why the fuck should I have to pay to return something that they fucked up? They never even reimbursed me for the shipping costs or anything and it took them over a month to get me the correct product and two weeks for them to even acknowledge the fact that "hey this guy is writing us an email saying we sent him the wrong thing, maybe we should get back to him". In this current scenario they sent me a pair of pants that are two sizes larger than the ones I ordered [and the ones that were printed both on my receipt AND my online order confirmation]. Has anyone else had a terrible experience with these guys? Anyone know a more direct way of getting these guys to finally respond to a customer with an order that THEY fucked up? Thanks in advance.
I tried Twitter twice [@MishkaNYC] and haven't gotten anything back. Haha, it's so funny that Twitter would be the easiest way to get in contact with them, but it makes sense.
I had one bad experience but it could happen to any store: I ordered a shirt that i wanted for an event, ordered it with plenty of time but also included a note about what i was trying to do to maybe help expedite the process just for safety. They were very fast and sent me a ups tracking number like the next day, a friday. I didnt pay attention to the following fri, the expected delivery date, and i go and check the ups number again and theres still the standard "a label has been made and we will update the info when we recieve the package." i email mishka, no response for days, email them again the following week, threaten to contact paypal and demand free shipping. Same day the tracking gets updated, No response from mishka, no sorry no nothing. They just finally took my pakage that had been sitting for over a week to ups and reversed the shipping charge. No acknowledgment of the incident but at least i got free shipping. Oh and i didnt have the shirt for the event...
I usually just walk down the street to the Miska store here in LA. Great customer service and you get a free Nag with every in-store purchase.
Sorry this has happened. I've never had a problem ordering from them. I did however get blocked on instagram by a fellow board member for sticking up for mishka in another thread haha.
I got my Black Friday shipment on Monday. One of the items I ordered ended up being out of stock, so they refunded me upon shipping, which is perfectly cool with me. However, another one of the hats I ordered was just plain missing. It was checked off on the shipping invoice along with the other in-stock items, and the box was unopened and looked untampered with, so I'm sure it was just a simple mistake. But I haven't heard a thing back since my initial email that night
I think you might be in the same boat as me as this was a Black Friday order as well. I feel like they are ignoring any emails or inquiries about orders from that time frame based on their "no returns // refunds on sale merchandise" rule. I'm pretty sure fuck ups, such as your missing hat and my pants, fall into that category. Hope you get your hat man...
I paid with a credit card so paypal refund is out. I didn't think that the credit card company would do anything based on the fact that I "received" a product despite it being incorrect.
Anyone on here has an issue can DM me directly and ill sort it out. I have done that before with people in the past. Yea we have had some shitty times with customer service. I can say we are working on it, but not fast enough. It really sucks and its super embarrassing. Sorry.
Ditto! Had a tracking number for the missing hat sitting in my inbox within the same day of talking to Greg. Thanks dude!
