It's a 1 off as far as I know. You could always hit up Healey and ask though.

 

It does, the title is something like "Lamour Supreme New Vinyl," ive posted recently so it shouldnt be too buried. And to my knowledge the only mishka connection is LS has been releasing them at their con booths
