Well, the one Diablo body was completely trashed, due to experimentation. I've still got pieces, but not much. The other is ok though... As for a SB head... I hadn't really thought about it. I'll get back to you on that.

Yeah I traded the Punk Brain- if you ever see something you can always offer a trade- half the time I end up spending any money I get on more vinyl toys to paint... its a vicious circle really. Or if you have something you'd like painted I can do commissions and be paid in vinyl as well. =)

Ooh, theres that one, and the LASH one too... Both awesome, but I think I prefer the traditional JJ colors... Now a well done custom using the original colors would be cool, if it were done with style.

C'mon everybody! More Customs! Kirk- post some pics of that Skullwing by DP- I don't think you ever posted it here- I know he's not everyone's cup of tea, but that is undeniably awesome.

Are these the Bandai release (I think) that are available at retail outlets? I painted one of them up too, my gf at the time wanted a Hedorah. I think I'm partial to the green one.

Haha, then someone needs to start sending me vinyl to paint! =) I just moved, and I'm living by myself, so all my money is now being split between rent, student loans and bills. =( I've got a few things in my bag-o-vinyl still, so there will be some new stuff sooner or later.

Whoa, damn. Pink Shit is off the charts. I remember seeing that one a while ago, but the new photos really bring him to life. Beautiful work by PK as always.

The two from Bert were a surprise- I didn't know what I was getting until I received the package. But he knows I love the 'base and hooked me up. My personal favorite is the bee, whose sculpt was always my least favorite of the SB figures, but I've painted a few now myself for others, and I've really started to appreciate it. I'm happy to have this one as the first in my personal collection. The Obake is awesome too. The colors are all pearly, and when you look at it you don't notice at first the balzac face, but then you realize it another mouth and its a little off-putting. =)


The Chaos by Tan-ki is crazy- Its definitely a departure from the regular chaos, and its unbelievable all the time and patience that must have gone in to hand paint about the thousand or more dots that decorate this guy. The result though is really eye catching, and because each dot is raised slightly, it has a texture to it as well! I'm so happy I managed to get this one!

that mutant is insane! very original...

 

I say replace the yellow eye with a vertigo type swirling eyeball or matching bullseye like the one on it's chest and this chaos would be off the chain...

the yellow seems to throw off the blue grey & white...

ah'... whatever I'm just completely bored at work and talking out my arse...
