If the ice cream is in the house then I will attend.

 

There was ice cream in the house tonight.
First Thurs. of the month is food truck night on Melrose and one of my favorite trucks CoolHaus was just down the block.
The best made-to-order ice cream sandwiches in town.
My choice of the evening: two big potato chip with butterscotch chip cookies with a big scoop of brown butter maple bacon ice cream.

 

Sweet Lady Jane's is only about a mile a way. If you have a sweet tooth this is one of LA's "must do's". I recommend the flan or the berry bread pudding.

I don't know, BASK looked like a complete bust. A handful of people standing around outside, in the cold... I think BASK just needs to make the drive down and see how it's done.

Connell mentioned something about making this into a theme as well. He said Swan Lake or something?! Special lucky bags for those who came in costume

What is the etiquette for O/T toys?

I was looking for stuff to bring, and found some non-skullbrain stuff that would probably be of interest to someone. Mostly platform toys that I've been given by various people, those Danzig vinyls that Medicom (?) did, and some early Hong Kong stuff. It's just been sitting in boxes, might as well find a good home.

Should I bring it or leave it at home?
