I once had an entire conversation with a stupid coworker of mine about collecting vinyl figures, and somehow at the end of is he was still convinced I was talking about vinyl records, so I just ran with it and made shit up. he was none the wiser.

My ex still has my 45s, but this is the rest. Also about 5-6000 CDs in boxes at the studio, but I guess that doesn't count.

Collect? No. Have/buy? Yes. And once I build a wall unit in our living room and get my player set up I'll be more likely to buy more.

DR Who record I found in a store that was shuting down. It came with a 2-12in with sound effects and a story and also a 45 with the original theam song and also a poster SCORE!!!


This is a record that me and DJ Disk put it out last year. It was reissue from 10 years ago. We revamped one side with new scratch beats and scratch sounds and left the other side the same

 

yeah i dont really collect either. i just like having them. i dont have much room, so i only have a little more than a milk crate full

 

it's an old store display that i wheedled out of a camera store in Little Tokyo. good thing i did - they closed a few months later, to be replaced by some hipster clothing store.

I have a small LP collection and a mid sized 7" collection. I actually sold off almost all of my records to fund buying toys. I wish I would have kept some of them, starting over sucks!

These days I throw away more records than I buy but I still pick something up now and then when I find a good deal. Three moves ago I put about a thousand records in a dumpster. I'd rather have a tiny killer collection than a giant shitty collection.
