Help identifying a resin cast original

Need help identifying this guy..I inherited my sisters toy collection and while I know what every other figure is this ones got me stumped.. I thought it was a bwana spoons or possibly Ron English original but cannot remember for the life of me-Any help would be appreciated and will help me sleep at night too lol..
