Greasebat & Friends GUMMI play set

Coming soon from Unbox Industries, a set of four little rubbery figures, each should be about 2.5 or 3 inches tall... Greasebat, Spike Wad (pictured) , Stee-Gar and M5 Bravo.

All are done in a cartoony style, sort of cute but not Hello Kitty either.

Are any of these going to be offered to those of us who cannot go to the festival/conventions? I hope...

Also, maybe for the time being until you make a plastic castle playset, how about a cardboard punch-out castle type of thing? This should be relatively inexpensive and relatively easy to design. You can include them as a backing card or a link to a template to print out (Which could also be a C/DIY).

I'm not sure when the release date is, I think they will be ready by SDCC in America, debuting at the Taipei Toy Fest.

Four figures total.

I like the idea of a cardboard print-out backdrop. When I was a kid I loved those things , I had an old west town.

Some of the 80's Japanese toys I have came with little cardboard insert cut-outs. Tokyo tower etc. Some of the buildings I would like to add would be modern architecture classics...

Would be cool to have San Diego themed playset for SDCC and then NYC for NYCC, etc. And make them connect for a large mega playset.

Here's a photo of the finished play sets, available at the Taipei Toy Fair, I think there will be some at SDCC via Monster Worship also.

Of special note- this is the first Greasebat figure with a tongue!
