We will have a few of them...they're in the mail right now. Assuming I get them on time (it will be close), they will be available first to in-store (Chicago) customers when we open at 12 noon on Sunday, January 3. If we have any left, they will be available on our online store at or around 2pm that same day. The price will be $325.
I gotta see some spoilers before I decide to maybe go out and nab one and than be late to work that day. But that's what I love about YJA, spoiler central come Lucky Bags. This is gonna be a close call too, aren't these being released in Japan on the 3rd too?

This year the Lucky Bags in Japan are online only, so you might have to take a leap of faith this year.

I rolled in maybe 4 min after opening and saw a croud in there. I was like "ARE THEY SOLD OUT?" but I was the only one there for the Garg bags. Jenn was cool enough to let me pee there too (in the bathroom, not hidden inside a toy as a "bonus") so it made the deal all the sweeter The one time I finally get out to a toy thing and no one was there, hahahaha.
