...which ones were released as production runs?

Anyone has a check list of what has been released so far?

    Thanks.

The only two that are not production are the all GID Gachados and the Gachadokuro with magenta inner parts. The rest are production versions with parts swapped.

There is also a Gachadokuro with a metallic red inner part and a solid black Gachadokuro. These were 2006 lucky bag releases.

And three-quarters of the frustration :D

I know I sound like a newbie when I ask this...what are the names of these Gachamechas?

I'm assuming that the Gachados is the one with two devil horns
And the Gachadokuro is the one with the single spike on top of his head

What is the name of the guy without horns/spikes?

Funny...I had been brewing an idea for a Topic to the tune of 'Gachamecha variants...' etc. I wanted to know to what degree all the parts were swapped in production, etc. This is super informative to that end. Once question, however:

The innards have subtle variants between my gachadokuro and my gachados...the former has wide-open eyes and no forehead stamp, and the later has 'mean' eyes and a roman numeral (II) on it's forehead. I'm guessing (but don't have one to check) that the gacharoid has the single visor-eye thing and maybe something else on it's forehead...is this a true assumption?

Also...the hands...there's teh no-gloves, the big-hand gloves, and the 'plug' thing...is that all? Do the following always come in these configs:

    Gachadokuro: No gloves.
    Gachados: Big hand gloves.
    Gacharoid: One plug glove.

Any clarification? These toys are so awesome because they are SO modular, but yeah...it'd be awesome to know the 'official' scoop.

And yes. Joe. Black Gachadokuro. Pls. What color are the guts?

Some pics. Because I was bored one day:

@jhateball- There is sort of a set configuration, but plenty of exceptions.

The Gachadokuro generally do not come with arm extensions. The exception is the all-black version, which I have seen sold with one big clear glove.

The Gachados can come with either the gloves or plugs. There hasn't been one with no extensions.

The Gacharoid has only been sold with the plugs (or no extensions) so far, and this was only the solid yellow LB. I've seen the LB with one or two plugs, so I don't know how many originally came with it.

The cool Gachadokuro in my book is the all clear version, which has a gashapon capsule inside the inner parts. The gun that is included with this figure is a Baikin Gundan accessory.

Great photos- I'm jealous because all of my Gachas are yellowing. : (

So far, these are the ones I have.

The Clear Grey GID has extra arms---the Orange GID doesn't have, is this confirmed?

I have the gray which definitely is supposed to have the extra arms. I don't think I have seen an orange ever sold with accessories.

Man what I would do for that all GID proto. Thanks for the pic. I never realized the different sculpts had specific names. Anyone ever customize these? The only custom I have seen is the Naoya Ikeda from the Grasshut show, which was really awesome.

Thanks for the tip, here is a pic of it and 2 others from S7 blog. Paint really sets these off imho, though it is understandable why they couldn't do a production release like any of these.

oh - well, i bought one w/o guts. i kinda wasnt thinking at first

then i thought after i realized there were no guts that i could paint it or something and just not worry about it

but a gutless gacha is not what i thought it would be  and i am anal
