It's windy here this evening. I had to take my potted plants down off my balcony for fear they'd be blown off and hit the ground. We're getting gusts between 45 and 60mph.

 

Can't believe how cold it is.
Hope everyone is staying warm.

When I left Pleasanton at 11:30pm, it was 32 degrees F, and I was afraid of black ice on the roads.
Had to scrape the ice off my windshields--good thing I always have a sqeeegee in the car!

Zinc, bring your plants in, they might get frost bitten!

 

super freezing this morning in vallejo! took like 10 minutes to defrost my windows ~ squeegee was not working at all. i think my windshield liquid was frozen too. great way to start the morning.

Already ahead of you. The only ones outside currently are the cactus. They can withstand the cold but the flowers, pepper plants and basil hate this weather. The basil already started to wilt a little.

I am playing Modern Warfare 2, and I don't think I'm stopping 'til morning!

 

I did that a couple weekends ago with Borderlands and its zombie add-on.

 

Playing zombie games all night is addicting. World at War's Nazi Zombies is the worst.
