This is sad news indeed. We have occasion to make the passing of another legend of art and the comic world. While it is only natural for many to immediately draw reference to his pivotal role in Spider-man, it is actually more for his strange and horror-related titles that his mastery of the craft always touches me most. His early work in suspense and horror, which was then carried through to full psychedelia in the Strange books, is something that will always be right up there with the best I have seen. I am sorry to hear he has passed, and am very thankful we have so many of his contributions remainting to continue to enjoy his legacy. Thank you, Mr. Ditko, for all of your amazing work and the fantastic memories. May you and Jack be ever creating together in the next realm.
He led a humble life but sadly, from what I heard, he did not led that great of life once he left Marvel. Hope I'm wrong. R.I.P.
