After 2 days of painting, changing the base color twice, dinging the paint 4 times (SOB fell over when I bumped the desk) respraying once again, trying to get the eyes right, after numerous attempts, 4 coats of lacquer, I'M DONE Love or hate it, I really don't care, it's finished
I think it came out great buddy so enjoy your hard work. And welcome to our world, if only you knew how many times I have totally fucked up a toy only to repaint.
Rich, thanks for the support. Of all the Deka's I've painted I truly believe this project was cursed from the begining. To top off everything else, I discovered my needle tip was bent No wonder my paint kept splattering Oh the joys of painting
That dekka looks awesome. I love the colors and the eyes. It looks like the frustrating work paid off.
