Not super in love with the painted version (colors feel too flat), but I do like the way it looks like the real guy is actually inside the goo that's oozing from his cracked exoskeleton.
Glad you like him. This is my first painted version and I'm doing a few more to decide what looks best for my first run so keep an out out!
This would look great with a rub technique or some directional spray from a airbrush, that will help you with the flatness. Looks great!
